Young Writers

Asylvia Redgrave and Elizabeth Nahu were Year 13 students at Onslow College. Both girls accomplished serious feats within the writing community in 2019. Johnsonville Mural

The Johnsonville, Moorefield Mural was developed in 2014 by Sheyne Tuffery and Northern Suburb School Students. Community representatives produced a list of selected topics. Schools involved were then asked to choose their preferred topic from the given list. The chosen topics from schools was mainly the Johnsonville Railway line. MOJO Barista Course

Last Tuesday six of Onslow’s Learning Support students attended a Coffee Career Day at MOJO Headquarters in Wellington. Head Trainer Katrina Roberts gave them an introduction to coffee and the roasting process, followed by coffee training on the espresso machine and learning how to make pressed coffee.
