Tournaments and Exchanges
Junior Triangular Exchange
A junior (year 9 and 10 only) winter sports exchange between Onslow College, Newlands College and Tawa College. The core sports played in the exchange are, Rugby (boys), Football (boys and girls), Netball (girls), Basketball (boys and girls), Badminton (boys and girls) and Cross Country (boys and girls).

Summer Tournament Week
Major secondary schools tournaments are normally held during this week of the year. Teams would normally need to qualify for these tournaments but some have no qualifications required and schools are free to enter if they please.
Entry to any tournament is at the discretion of the school and is not an automatic right, even if they have qualified.
