Welcome to Onslow College Community Education!
Our new classes for Terms 3 and 4 2010 are all online and ready for your online or manual enrolment.
We have a commitment to provide efficient and friendly service for people who want to gain confidence, learn a new skill, enhance their self esteem, be successful and become lifelong learners.
If you are not sure which is the right course for you, phone us and we will discuss the course outline with you. Is there a course you would like to suggest?
Onslow College is situated on Burma Road, opposite Raroa School. Motorway exit is Johnsonville. Nearest train station is Raroa.
The small print:
Eligibility
You are entitled to enrol if you are over 16 years of age.
Materials
Some classes are more expensive because of equipment and technology or because class numbers are small. For all classes, materials used as part of the course must be paid for by the students. Phone the school if you require further details on any course.
Refunds
A full refund will be made if a class does not start. NO refund will be made after a class has started. Choose your class carefully as we cannot refund fees for anything other than exceptional circumstances.
Evaluations
At the end of each course, evaluation sheets will be handed out. Your opinions are important to us, so please comment freely.
Smoking
Onslow College is smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the school grounds.
No classes are held on public holidays, or on the Saturdays of long weekends.
Onslow College Community Education has on-going consultation with our stakeholders to ensure our classes are meeting their needs. Our stakeholders include Onslow College students, staff, parents, caregivers, and the local community including community groups and whanau. Winter Tournament Week
Congratulations to the Girls Hockey Team for making the Final of the Kate Trolove Tournament in Taupo. Good luck with your game at 3.30 on Friday.
Well done also to the Netball team in Wanganui and the Girls Football team in Palmerston North, who are both playing in the playoffs for 3rd and 4th on Friday, Good Luck,

Bowl Repaint
At the initiative of Pablo Ridler (Year 11) the old skatebowl has undergone a repaint and renovation. Using an Onslow inspired theme Pablo along with Gabby Simpson and Daniel Gordon have used holiday and after school time to give the bowl a frsh new look. Thanks Guys! Photo Gallery
